Images and background material The Helsinki Festival image and text database contains images and background information on the performers and events. Media may reproduce the contents of these pages with editorial content related to the Helsinki Festival or its exhibitions or events. Accreditation Helsinki Festival media accreditation starts 1 June and closes 6 August 2010. We will contact you between 9 and 15 August 2010 at the e-mail addresses provided (please include your own and your commissioning editor’s e-mail addresses). Please note that all accreditation requests submitted after 6 August will be subject to a three day processing period. Accreditation for Caetano Veloso's concert on 3 August begins 1 June and closes 20 July. Replies to these requests will be sent by 27 July. Accreditation for Evgeny Kissin's concert on 14 August begins 1 June and closes 31 July. Replies to these requests will be sent by 6 August. It is Helsinki Festival policy only to accredit those undertaking professional activities during the festival. As a rule, filming and photography is only permitted in the Huvila Festival Tent.
